BTS La Plata 2026: Getting to Estadio Único and Back
October 18, 2026 · KPopGo Travel Team
BTS bring the ARIRANG World Tour to Estadio Único de La Plata (officially Estadio Único Diego Armando Maradona) on Wednesday Oct 21, Friday Oct 23 and Saturday Oct 24, 2026. These are BTS's first-ever concerts in Argentina. The stadium is about 60 km south-east of central Buenos Aires, so getting there — and especially getting back — needs a plan before you left your hotel.
The short version: the official ticket listing gives a 20:00 start, and the last regular Roca line train from La Plata to Buenos Aires leaves before 22:00. There is no regular train back after the show. Book a return transfer or a car in advance.
Show times and the venue
The promoter's ticket page on AllAccess lists all three shows at 20:00 local time (UTC−3). Door times had not been published as of Oct 17 — check the official DF Entertainment and AllAccess channels in the days before your show.
The stadium's official address is Avenida 25 and Avenida 32, Tolosa, La Plata, with gates on Av. 25, Av. 32 and calle 23 around the 526–528 blocks. Check which gate your ticket names before you set out.
Getting there by train
The Roca line runs from Plaza Constitución in Buenos Aires to La Plata. According to the official Trenes Argentinos timetable in force since August 2026, the trip takes about 76 minutes, with weekday evening trains roughly every 25–30 minutes and Saturday trains about every 40 minutes.
Tolosa is the closest station to the stadium, about 3.5 km away — a walk of around 45 minutes. Alternatively, ride to the La Plata terminus and take one of the local bus lines the stadium lists for its gates (Norte 13, Este 45, Este 46, Oeste 16, Oeste 24, 307 G and 506).
Pay with a SUBE card and register it before you travel — unregistered cards pay a higher fare. Leave Buenos Aires early in the afternoon, as trains and stations will be crowded on show days.
Getting there by bus or car
Line 129 runs from Plaza Miserere (Once) and Retiro, and the Costera Metropolitana runs from Retiro; both reach the La Plata bus terminal in about an hour via the Buenos Aires–La Plata highway, according to the stadium's official directions.
By car, take the Autopista Buenos Aires–La Plata to the km 52.8 exit, then Avenida 32 to Avenida 25. The stadium puts the drive at about 40 minutes without traffic, with tolls at Dock Sud and Hudson. On show nights expect it to take much longer.
Getting back after the show
This is the hard part. On the official weekday timetable the last La Plata–Constitución train leaves La Plata at 21:47 (Tolosa 21:51); on Saturdays the last one leaves at 21:21 (Tolosa 21:25). With a 20:00 start, the show will still be on. No special late trains had been announced as of Oct 17.
Official transfer: the AllAccess ticket site links to round-trip transfers for all three dates, sold through the Bondit app. Bondit's terms say the buses are run by a third-party operator, not by the promoter, and a missed return bus is not refunded — note the departure time and meeting point when you book.
Late-night bus: local reports say Line 195 (La Costera) runs 24 hours between La Plata and Retiro, while Line 129 does not run toward Buenos Aires between 22:00 and 04:00. Check before you rely on it.
Car or ride-hail: if you plan to use a car, arrange pick-up away from the stadium gates and expect heavy traffic and surge pricing.
Where to stay
Stay in Buenos Aires. The regional tourism chamber has told local media that every hotel and hostel in La Plata has been full for months. Palermo and Recoleta are good bases with plenty of late-night food. If your return transfer drops you at a central point, choose a hotel near it.
Concert-day checklist
Before you go: check DF Entertainment's official accounts for door times and entry rules, confirm your gate, and save your transfer booking offline. The city has said it will discourage camping on Avenida 32 and the nearby sidewalks.
Bring: your ID or passport, your ticket on a fully charged phone plus a power bank, a SUBE card with credit, and a layer for the evening.
After the show: stick with your group, walk to your transfer meeting point together, and don't wait until the last minute to look for transport.
