How to Buy K-POP Concert Tickets in Europe (2026 Guide)

March 22, 2026 · KPopGo Travel Team

Europe is one of the most exciting regions for K-POP world tours in 2026 — and one of the most confusing for ticket buyers. Unlike the US where Ticketmaster dominates nearly everything, Europe has no single platform. Each country has its own ticketing infrastructure, its own presale system, and its own quirks. This guide breaks it down country by country so you know exactly where to buy for each stop on the BTS and TWICE European legs.

Platform by Country

United Kingdom — Ticketmaster UK, AXS, See Tickets The UK is the most organised European market. Ticketmaster UK handles the majority of stadium-class shows. AXS operates at some venues including The O2 Arena. See Tickets handles a number of mid-size arena shows. The UK has a strong ID verification culture — expect name-on-ticket policies at major concerts, and bring photo ID (passport preferred). BTS at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium tickets are through Ticketmaster UK.

Germany — Eventim CTS Eventim is the dominant platform in Germany and Austria. Most arena and stadium shows go through eventim.de. The platform accepts international cards and has an English language option. Eventim also operates in several other European countries. BTS at Allianz Arena Munich and TWICE at Uber Arena Berlin will almost certainly be on Eventim.

France — Ticketmaster FR, DICE France uses a mix of Ticketmaster FR (fnacspectacles.com is the retail front end) and the streaming-native DICE app. DICE is gaining ground in France for indie and mid-size shows but is increasingly used for larger K-POP events. Ticketmaster FR generally handles stadium-scale shows like BTS at Stade de France. TWICE at Accor Arena may use either.

Spain — Ticketmaster ES, El Corte Inglés Entradas Spain uses Ticketmaster ES for major international tours. El Corte Inglés' ticketing arm also handles some shows. BTS at Riyadh Air Metropolitano in Madrid will be on Ticketmaster ES.

Netherlands — Ticketmaster NL The Netherlands primarily uses Ticketmaster NL. TWICE at Ziggo Dome Amsterdam will be on Ticketmaster NL. Ziggo Dome shows sell out very fast — register for any presale newsletter available.

Belgium — Ticketmaster BE Belgium uses Ticketmaster BE. BTS at King Baudouin Stadium Brussels is through Ticketmaster BE.

Italy — Ticketone, Vivaticket Italy has two competing platforms: Ticketone (the larger) and Vivaticket. TWICE at Inalpi Arena Turin will likely be on Ticketone.

Portugal — Ticketline Portugal uses Ticketline (ticketline.sapo.pt) as the primary platform. TWICE at MEO Arena Lisbon will be on Ticketline.

How European Presales Work

European presales are generally less layered than the US system but vary by country.

Fan club presale: For HYBE artists (BTS), Weverse ARMY Membership unlocks a presale window in most European countries. This is your first priority — register your Weverse membership well before any European leg is announced. ONCE membership (JYP) functions similarly for TWICE.

Live Nation presale: Many European shows are promoted by Live Nation Europe, which runs its own presale for LN newsletter subscribers. Sign up to local Live Nation mailing lists for each country where you plan to attend.

General sale: The remaining inventory goes on general sale. Unlike the US, most European markets use a virtual waiting room (sala d'attesa, file d'attente, Warteschlange) rather than a competitive queue — you are assigned a random position and wait your turn. This is generally fairer but can still be slow when demand is extreme.

For BTS European Leg

The BTS ARIRANG World Tour European leg covers five cities in July 2026:

[Madrid](https://kpopgo.art/cities/madrid) — Riyadh Air Metropolitano (June 26–27): Ticketmaster ES. The stadium is connected to Madrid Barajas airport via metro Line 8 — excellent for day-of transit. Our Madrid city guide has hotel picks and after-show transport.

[Brussels](https://kpopgo.art/cities/brussels) — King Baudouin Stadium (July 1–2): Ticketmaster BE. King Baudouin is north of Brussels city centre — allow 30 minutes by public transit. See the Brussels city guide.

[London](https://kpopgo.art/cities/london) — Tottenham Hotspur Stadium (July 6–7): Ticketmaster UK. The stadium is served by White Hart Lane rail station. Note that the UK applies strict anti-tout legislation — tickets are name-on-ticket and only transferable through official channels. See the London city guide.

[Munich](https://kpopgo.art/cities/munich) — Allianz Arena (July 11–12): Eventim. The Allianz Arena is reachable by U6 metro from Munich city centre. Our Munich city guide covers the best areas to stay.

[Paris](https://kpopgo.art/cities/paris) — Stade de France (July 17–18): Ticketmaster FR. Stade de France is in Saint-Denis, 20 minutes north of central Paris by RER D. See the Paris city guide.

For TWICE European Leg

TWICE covers eight European cities in May–June 2026:

Lisbon, Barcelona, Paris (Accor Arena), Turin, Berlin, Cologne, Amsterdam, and London (The O2). Each city guide covers the venue, transit, and best areas to stay. Use the ONCE membership presale wherever possible — these shows will sell quickly.

Tips for International Buyers

Card blocks: Some European platforms block non-EU registered cards. This is most common on Italian (Ticketone) and Portuguese (Ticketline) platforms. Workarounds: use PayPal linked to your card (PayPal processes in local currency and bypasses the card block), or use a multi-currency card like Revolut or Wise with a European bank connection.

Virtual waiting room tips: Join the queue early — most virtual waiting rooms open 30–60 minutes before the sale time. Do not refresh the page once inside the waiting room. Have your backup device (phone or tablet) ready to re-enter the queue if your main device drops connection.

ID checks at venue: The UK has the strictest ID check policy in Europe — bring your passport if your ticket was purchased in your name. Germany and France are also increasingly strict. Spain, Italy, and the Netherlands are currently less rigorous but this is changing. When in doubt, carry your passport.
